Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been handed to our shipping carrier, it will be marked as “dispatched” and tracking information will be shared with you.

During busy periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with the attention it deserves.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The timeframes below refer to shipping after dispatch:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
🇺🇸 United States: 5–12 business days
🌍 Worldwide: 8–18 business days

Please note that occasional customs inspections, local postal delays, or peak-season demand may extend delivery times beyond these estimates.


Order Accuracy and Changes

Please double-check that your shipping details are correct before completing checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations.

If you need to make a change, email us at hello@wagglespetco.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though changes can’t be guaranteed once the order enters processing.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you to confirm details within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response within this time, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.


Delivery Delays

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as severe weather, customs inspections, or transit disruptions may cause delays.

Should this happen, our team will keep you informed and assist in tracking your order until it arrives safely.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the care of our trusted shipping partners. If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at hello@wagglespetco.com so we can investigate and assist you.

We also recommend reaching out directly to the courier to file a lost-item claim — we’ll gladly support you throughout the process. While Waggles is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will always do our best to help resolve the issue. In certain cases, a replacement order may be issued at our discretion.
